Miss Frainier is excited to start her third year at GRE. This will be her second year in Kindergarten. She loves spending her days with her students and is excited for another GREat school year!

Miss Frainier graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. She then went on to get her master's degree in Sports Administration. She is also a Jeffco Grad, attending Governor's Ranch Elementary herself and graduating from Columbine High School.

In her free time, Miss Frainier loves to travel, walk her dogs, cheer on the Broncos, and coach the Columbine Poms team.

Ms. Meyer is in love with everything Snoopy as you can see when you enter her classroom! This is her 19th year at Governor's Ranch Elementary and 24th year as a teacher. Teaching kindies is such a joy, watching them grow and learn by leaps and bounds during the school year is incredible!

Ms. Meyer has three children, Sara (31), also a Kindergarten teacher in Jeffco, Becca (28), a graduate of CSU and recently nursing school, and Matthew (26), a graduate of DU and an accountant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Her kids all attended GRE and she landed her dream job at GRE in 2005! This April Sara and husband, Chris welcomed their second child, Caiden who is little brother to Wesley (2). Everyone is over the moon with Caiden and Wesley and being a grandma (I’m called Mimi) has added such joy to our family! When not at school, Ms. Meyer loves spending time with her kids, having family dinners, reading, and walking her three dogs, Bella (14), Zoey (9), and Auburn (6).

Mrs. Ryckman's Family

Mrs. Ryckman is so excited to start her eleventh year teaching Kindergarten at GRE! She received her bachelor's degree as well as her teaching license in Early Childhood Education at Metropolitan State College of Denver (where she met her amazing husband Tim, an art teacher in Douglas County) and her master's degree from Lesley University in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Literacy. She began her career in Englewood where she taught first and second grade. She took a ten year break from teaching to stay home with her kids, Jack is now a junior at the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!) and Ruthie is a recent Jeffco graduate and will be heading to Metro next fall. Both of her kids went to school at GRE and she knew that if she ever went back to teaching, her dream job would be at GRE because of the amazing staff, students and community! She and her family have lived in Governor's Ranch for 19 years. In their free time they love to hang out in the mountains or travel anywhere with a beautiful beach.
